One platform means one toolset, one set of runbooks, and one place where we know the failure modes. AWS also has startup credits, and it's where investors and enterprise customers expect you to be. If you'd rather run on Vercel or Railway, we're not the right fit, and the audit will say so. Already on Vercel and want to move to AWS? That's a standard Deploy Sprint.
Do I need to leave Lovable?
+
−
No. Keep editing the UI in Lovable. We take over the backend and the infrastructure. Lovable syncs to GitHub, and your pipeline deploys from GitHub to AWS.
I built it with Claude Code and it only runs locally. What do you need?
+
−
A repo link or a zip, plus a short screen recording of it running on your machine. That's enough for us to reproduce it.
Which stacks do you work with?
+
−
Next.js, Node, Python, Go, Supabase, Postgres, Docker: anything a modern AI tool produces. If your stack is unusual, the audit says so before you pay for more.
Can my database stay on Supabase?
+
−
Yes. Moving to RDS Postgres is optional. The audit lays out the trade-off: backups you control and one bill, or keeping what already works.
Deploy Sprint or Launch Package?
+
−
Deploy Sprint is infrastructure only: the code works, and we put it on AWS properly, with no code changes beyond config. Launch Package adds the code work (security fixes, hardening, tests) before the same deployment. Claude Code and Cursor projects usually fit a Sprint. Lovable and Bolt projects usually need the Package. The audit tells you which.
Who owns the AWS account?
+
−
You do. It's in your name and billed to your card. We work through an IAM role you can revoke at any time, and we remove our access at handoff.
Do you need my Lovable or Cursor login?
+
−
No. We need the code (repo access or a zip) and a role in your AWS account. Never your passwords.
Do we need to get on a call?
+
−
No. You get a written audit, written weekly updates and a recorded video walkthrough at handoff. Questions go by email and get a written answer.
What if the app needs a rebuild?
+
−
The audit says so plainly, before you spend anything beyond the audit fee. You get the reasons in writing and what a rebuild would involve. If you want us to do the rebuild, you get a fixed quote for it on the same terms: fixed price, fixed timeline.
What happens after 14 days?
+
−
You own everything: the code, the AWS account, the infrastructure setup, the docs and the video walkthrough. We remove our access. If you want us to keep watching it, Ongoing starts at $490/mo.
Is the audit refundable?
+
−
If we miss the 48-hour delivery, it's refunded in full. Either way, the fee is credited toward any package.
